Become a Places hostManage my Places

Your audio, available when someone arrives.

Add your own recording or write text that becomes narration. Connect it to your location, then activate it for nearby visitors. A listener selects your content in AudioVista and hears the saved audio whenever they’re ready.

For hosts

  1. Sign in to My AudioVista and become a Places host.
  2. Use Record Location in the app at your venue, or add a place through the portal.
  3. Open AudioVista Places in the portal and add your text or audio.
  4. Review your content, then activate it. New recorded locations begin as inactive drafts.

For visitors

Open AudioVista near the location and select the host’s available content. It plays the saved Places audio. Tap once to pause and again to resume.

Places: audio visitors start whenever they arrive. Live: a host speaking to listeners now. Showtime: prepared audio description synchronized with a film or timed performance.

Places hosts use their host access in My AudioVista. Showtime locations are managed separately by approved Showtime administrators.
