Getting started

Open AudioVista, allow location access, and start listening. The core experience at your physical location does not require an account.

Finding your place

Allow location access so AudioVista can describe the places around you. If your location is inaccurate indoors, try moving near a window or outside.

Listening in one place or on the move

You can stay where you are or keep listening as you walk or ride. Keep an internet connection available, and check your phone’s volume and audio output if you cannot hear the narration.

Subscriptions and purchases

The two Pro services are Explore the World for virtual trips and Describe Live for spoken descriptions of what your camera sees. Current pricing and subscription terms are shown in the app before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account. Use the in-app purchase controls to restore or check your subscription.

Accessibility and support

AudioVista is designed for listening, including use with VoiceOver and TalkBack. Email info@heartheview.com with your device, app version, and a description of the problem.
